2012年東京米芝蓮2星級法國餐廳EDITION KOJI SHIMOMURA晚餐, 餐廳位於東京著名景點東京Midtown、Tokyo City View展望台所在地六本木 餐廳名字以廚師名字命名"KOJI SHIMOMURA",最出名菜色是Challans Duck 。
小弟臨離開餐廳時,主廚KOJI SHIMOMURA下村浩司,堅持送我出餐廳,又拍照留念,還要連拍兩次,一次在餐廳內,另一次在餐廳外,因餐廳外較光,主廚是一位非常用心的廚師。
餐廳名菜Challans Duck,法國入口,Challans Duck,是向"Bernard Loiseau"大師致敬 Roasted challandais duck breast an homage to Bernard Loiseau
